Privacy Policy

Information pursuant to article 13 of Dlgs n.196/2003 on the protection of personal data.
IQC provides its service on
www.itaqua.it and protects the use of personal data and information provided in enrollment for the services offered by the site in compliance with Dlgs. n.196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).

According to this decree it is stated that:

Access and viewing of the site involves automatic registration of the following data:

·       Internet domain and IP protocol

·       Browser type

·       Date of visit

·       Pages viewed

·       Search engine used to enter site

Automatically collected information can be used by IQC:

·       For statistical purposes

·       To improve site navigation and content

·       In case of suspected violation of law

All personal and/or corporate data entered into forums, subscriptions to newsletters, contact forms etc., is authorized to processing under the aforementioned Decree. This data is fully protected by IQC and used to:

·       Answer questions or requests for information

·       Contact users about services provided

·       Propose offers and promotions

·       Dispatch newsletters

 

All data is processed by means of computer tools able to guarantee security and confidentiality, capable of managing archives and lists in accordance with the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Code.

The collection of data and the consent to its treatment is mandatory in order to be able to take advantage of the services offered. Failure to grant consent to this processing, or subsequent revocation of such, automatically causes cancellation of all requests and access to any services offered by the site.

Data collected by IQC will not be disseminated.

IQC may only disclose data collected to the following subjects:

·       Bank or Credit Recovery Institutes

·       Judicial Authorities

·       Professional consultants - in order to carry out activities related to the nature of the contact

·       IQC partners or involved Companies - solely for the realization of activities related to the nature of the contract and always with prior notification and request for specific consent.

In all cases, the processing of data will be done with logic strictly related to the indicated purpose and with the means of ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data itself through the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent any alteration, deletion, destruction, unauthorized access or unconsented treatment that does not comply with the purpose of the collection.

Legislative Decree n.196/2003, Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

 

        I.            The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation and communication in an intelligible form of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered with the Site.

 

     II.            The person concerned has the right to obtain information regarding:

o   the origin of the personal data

o   the purposes and methods of treatment

o   the logic applied in cases of digital processing

o   the identification details of the holder of the data, the persons responsible for its processing and the representative as designated in Article 5, paragraph 2

o   the subject(s) to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, or as persons in an occupational capacity

 

   III.            The person concerned has the right to obtain information regarding:

o   (a) updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of data

o   (b) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking  of data processed in violation of law, including data whose retention is not required in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed 

o   the attestation that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b), including their content, have been communicated and brought to knowledge, regarding to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except where such disclosure is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

 

   IV.            The person concerned has the right to contest, in whole or in part:

 

o   the legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even that relevant to the purpose of the collection.

o   the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of commercial communication, the distribution of advertising material or the conducting of market research.

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or in connection with the download or use of submitted material, or any other contention between the user and owners of the site or any other persons who have collaborated or will collaborate in the realization and management of the same, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian State and the application of Italian law regardless of where the persons concerned are based.

The territorial jurisdiction is that of Bologna.
