The IQC – POMIAGER GROUP, comprising the companies ITALIAN QUALITY COMPANY S.r.l. (shortened IQC S.r.l.) and POMIAGER S.r.l., considers the protection of Users’ personal data of its websites http://www.itaqua.it and http://www.pomiager.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”) and applications owned by IQC – POMIAGER GROUP such as PDT®, C-BOX®, and GEIS® of fundamental importance.
This Privacy Policy aims to inform Users, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), that the personal data provided by Users while browsing or for the purpose of using the Services offered by the Sites or applications of the IQC – POMIAGER GROUP will be processed according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, confidentiality protection, and User rights, in full compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection.

2. Types of Data Processed
Browsing Data:
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system, date, time, pages visited).
This data is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but could, through processing and association with third-party data, allow the identification of users. The data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Sites and is deleted immediately after processing, except for the need to ascertain possible criminal liability.
